According to mythology, in ancient times a Hiran Kashyapused to be the king named Kashyapa. Hiran Kashyap had asked for a boon to be immortal. Hiran Kashyap got this boon. No person could kill an animal today nor could he die with any weapon, he could not be killed inside the house nor outside the house, nor would he die in the day nor would he die in the night nor the earth But neither could be considered in the sky.

After receiving this boon, Hiran Kashyap became proud and he considered himself to be God, and he started asking people to worship themselves like God.

If people did not do this, he would persecute them. And all of the Hiran Kaswanted to avenge the death of their brother whom Lord Vishnu had killed. This evil king also had a son named Prahlada. Prahlada was an ardent devotee of Lord Vishnu and then believed in God.

King Hiran Kashyap explained a lot to his son, but despite the father’s refusal, he did not consider Prahlad and kept worshiping Lord Vishnu. Everyone except his son worshiped because of fear. Many attempts were made to persuade his son, but he failed every time.
