1. Keep well hydrated.

If your office is still running in work from mode or you work mostly from home then do not forget to keep yourself hydrated. Drink at least 8-10 glasses of water a day. Don’t forget to understand that sitting at home will not dehydrate you. While working from home, you have to make a habit of carrying a water bottle with you. Apart from this, keep drinking coconut water, buttermilk, lemonade or lassi, etc. to detox the body. Set an alarm if you have a habit of forgetting.

2. Do not work while sitting on the bed.

Some people have a habit, they sit on the bed with laptop open in the morning and keep working there till evening. If you also work sitting or lying on the bed for hours, then change this habit because it can cause pain in the shoulders, neck, and back. Apart from affecting your physical health, it also reduces your productivity.

3. Don’t forget to take breaks in between work.

Not taking breaks in between work and working continuously without stopping can affect your quality. To keep the mind fresh and cool, you should take a break of 10-15 minutes in between. Apart from lunch and tea break, you should wake up after every 1 hour for 5-7 minutes or do light stretching. As long as you are working from home, imagine that you are in the office and it is necessary to take a break.

4. Persistent anxiety due to FOMO.

Filling of FOMO i.e. Fear of missing out can make you sick. If you always have the desire to show yourself perfectly or your focus remains on this thing that in any case the call or meeting should not be missed, then you will not be able to give your 100%. Keeping yourself updated and responding on time is very important but due to FOMO, you can become a victim of anxiety or stress.
